I love my job as a Realtor as I get to only work with people I enjoy. I love to teach and I love to learn. This channel allows me to share the insights I learn, the properties I am working on, and interview some really cool people with an emphasis on real estate. Things that interest me include: 3d computer modeling, real estate investing, commercial real estate, and fun residential properties. But, in the end, it's not about the property as its all about the people and lessons learned along the way. Real estate isn't a job for me...its a passion. I am semi-retired from the heavy metal manufacturing & general infrastructure engineering company I started back in 1999 that is still going strong today. Railroads, bridges, and real estate are my area of expertise with completed projects in every one of our 50 united states. I currently hold a California Real Estate license, I am an active member in the California Association of Realtors, & California licensed Class A General Engineer.
