UP Pickleball UPSPA

The role of Pickleball UP team is to provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and stability for the organization. The team establishes the overall mission and purpose for the organization and is responsible for a number of key governance-related activities. These include approving the appointment of - and providing direction to - the senior leadership team as well as the development and adoption of organizational policies, financial oversight, and approval of the annual budget.
